Collections Department

Our collections department deals with past tenant accounts whose final bill is 30 days past due. 

If you have a final bill which is within the 30-day time frame, from the day which we mailed out your bill, please reach out to your old property manager directly to make payment. 

Our collections department employees conduct business ethically, honestly, empathetic and are in compliance with federal and state laws in which we manage. We require our employees to follow our ethical obligation by acknowledging they are not permitted to do anything mentioned in the "We Do NOT" list below.
 

We Do NOT:

  • Contact debtors more than 3 times in a given week (seven-day period)
  • Contact debtors outside the hours of 8am-9pm in the given time zone of the debtor
  • Disclose information with individuals, until we have verified their identity
  • Collect on debts outside of the statue of limitations 
  • Use offensive language 
  • Harass, threaten harm/violence, or discriminate
  • Contact debtors via a form of contact method they have asked us not to
  • Offer settlements
  • Contact debtors at their work more than once in a given week (seven-day period)

Payment Options

We offer payment plans, in most cases. If you wish to set up a payment arrangement, please reach out to our collections team before submitting any partial payments. 

We provide online payments and paying over the phone. If you desire to pay online, please find the information below.
